Terms of Service - Pharmacy Weight Loss Uckfield

Pharmacy Weight Loss Uckfield | GPhC Registration No. 9012511 | Last updated: July 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of our online weight loss pharmacy clinic. By placing an order or registering with us, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. About Us

Pharmacy Weight Loss Uckfield is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (Registration No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Uckfield and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmacy law.

2. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. Weight loss prescription treatments are only available where clinically appropriate. You must complete our online consultation honestly and accurately, as your safety depends on the information you provide.

We reserve the right to decline any consultation or order where we determine that treatment is not suitable for you. Eligibility is assessed on a case-by-case basis by our registered pharmacist. We do not provide services to individuals who do not meet clinical criteria, regardless of personal preference.

3. Prescriptions and Clinical Decisions

All prescription medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued following a clinical assessment. Our prescribing process complies with UK prescribing standards and GPhC guidelines.

Our pharmacist reviews every consultation and retains the clinical and professional right to refuse, modify, or discontinue a prescription at any time without obligation. A completed consultation does not guarantee a prescription will be issued. You must disclose all current medications, allergies, and relevant medical conditions accurately.

Our services do not replace your GP or any other primary or secondary healthcare provider. You are advised to inform your GP of any weight loss treatment you are prescribed through our service.

4. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment gateway. All prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT.

You will only be charged once your order has been accepted. If your consultation is declined, a full refund will be issued promptly. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

5. Delivery

Orders approved by our pharmacist will be dispatched within 1 working day of approval. Delivery is carried out via a tracked, discreet postal service. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including carrier delays or adverse weather.

You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We cannot accept liability for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect address being provided. If a parcel is returned to us undelivered, we will contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur an additional postage charge.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been prepared and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medicines under UK law, and refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will investigate and resolve the matter appropriately. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

7. Medical Disclaimer

The information provided on our website is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Our online consultations are not a substitute for a full in-person medical examination. If you experience an adverse reaction, medical emergency, or unexpected symptoms, you should contact 999 or 111 immediately and seek medical attention.

We accept no liability for adverse outcomes arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided during your consultation.

8. Data and Privacy

We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is collected, used, and protected.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
